What are the check-in and check-out times?
The room is available from 4:00 PM. Check-out time is set at 11:00 AM.
Are taxes included in the prices displayed on the website?
No, accommodation taxes, GST and QST are not included in the prices displayed on the website.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged (taxes included).
Is it possible to arrive earlier than the scheduled time?
Early arrivals are possible depending on availability on the day of arrival, for an additional fee of $50 plus applicable taxes.
Is it possible to leave later than the scheduled time?
Late departures until 1:00 PM may be authorized on the same day, depending on availability and for an additional fee of $50 plus applicable taxes. Any departure after 1:00 PM will result in charges equivalent to one night at the posted rate, plus applicable taxes.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please consult our general regulations regarding pets (in French only).
In which currency are the prices indicated?
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for all our guests. It is included in your stay at no additional cost.
Is there a restaurant on site?
No, Hotel Aquamer does not have a restaurant on site. However, several excellent restaurants are located nearby in Carleton-sur-Mer, and our team will be happy to recommend establishments according to your preferences.
