Check-out time is set at 11:00 AM.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Are taxes included in the prices displayed on the website?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No, accommodation taxes, GST and QST are not included in the prices displayed on the website.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What is the cancellation policy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged (taxes included).<\/p>\n<p>Full payment for your reservation will be processed within 24 hours before your arrival. This is intended to facilitate your check-in when you arrive at our establishment. We kindly ask you to ensure that the provided payment method is valid.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What are the reception&#8217;s opening hours?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>8 AM to 9 PM &#8211; If you plan to arrive after our opening hours, please contact our team to obtain the necessary information for self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Is it possible to arrive earlier than the scheduled time?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Early arrivals are possible depending on availability on the day of arrival, for an additional fee of $50 plus applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Is it possible to leave later than the scheduled time?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Late departures until 1:00 PM may be authorized on the same day, depending on availability and for an additional fee of $50 plus applicable taxes. Any departure after 1:00 PM will result in charges equivalent to one night at the posted rate, plus applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Are pets allowed?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Yes, pets are allowed.
